Good News – Dancing Is Good For You! There’s Proof!

Yes, according to research, dancing may be the best exercise both physically and mentally as we age!  Here’s a recent article from the Globe & Mail discussing the findings that prove moving to music, learning new things and socializing is all good for the brain.
